Shipping
How long does processing/shipping take?
Our processing times are currently up to 5 business days and 10 business days for portrait items. Shipping should take 2-5 days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately due to the custom nature of each product we are unable to accept returns. However if you have any problems with your item please do not hesitate to email us at help@madewithmilo.co.uk

Can I see what my personalisation will look like with the fonts?
Yes of course! If you would like to see a preview of how your text would look like in a particular font style, please let us know and we will happily do so.
What portrait photo should I upload?
Photos that are evenly lit, full face in the frame, and looking at the camera work best! If the photo you provide doesn't work for us, we will email you for another one.
Do you only embroider dogs?
No! All pets are welcome!
What if I don't want a pet name added?
No problem! Please just write "no name" in the text box.
Can I send my portrait photo after ordering?
Yes, please just email us the photo at help@madewithmilo.co.uk along with your order number that starts with #.
Why has my item got a faint circle/square mark around the design?
Sometimes the embroidery frames used to put your item on our machines may leave a faint circle or square mark but this comes straight out in the wash!
